Job Description

- Source and recruit top talent for a variety of outpatient therapy and admin roles
- Use multiple sourcing channels to attract the right candidates
- Conduct strategy calls or scoping sessions with stakeholders and managers
- Work closely with hiring managers and internals stakeholders
- Develop and map out recruitment plans and interview process
- Manage the applicant tracking system
- Establish and maintain detailed job descriptions for all positions
- Execute offer letters and work closely with human resources
- Use recruitment marketing strategies to attract applicants
- Long list and short list applicants
- Phone screen/ video interview candidates on daily basis
- Manage moderate to high requisition loads
- Participate in weekly talent meetings and share updates
- Run reports on talent insights and metrics
- Provide decision-useful information to management teams
- Takes a leadership role in the development and build out of recruiting team
- Bachelors degree in the human services or related field
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Previous experience recruiting for healthcare and finance roles
- Self starter and proactive work ethic
- Care about the experience of our candidates and look to constantly improve the candidate journey
- Extensive experience in direct sourcing methods across a variety of channels including job boards, social media and headhunting.
- Strong and clear communication skills with an ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders and candidates at a variety of levels and job functions
- Super organized, detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple assignments at once
- Eager to dive in and help the team without thinking twice
- Love working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Full knowledge of social media as a recruitment tool
- Relevant recruitment employment law knowledge ideal

The Opportunity
Therapy Tree is seeking a Senior Recruiter! This Position is responsible for providing qualified pediatric therapy providers and admin personnel for various roles. The ideal candidate will work closely with Hiring Managers to fill open positions; screen, Interview, and refer qualified candidates to management. The ideal canidate will also work work with both Internal and external candidates to fill positions, as well as ensure consistency with recruitment metrics and goals.
