      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Prepare candidate briefs and scoring rubrics for internal review

      - Minimum of 7 years of senior-level recruiting or executive search experience
      - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, organizational development, or a related field
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - High emotional intelligence and proven discernment in evaluating executive talent
      - Access to a reliable internet connection and a professional home-office setup

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM-CP/SCP certification or equivalent HR accreditation
      - Previous experience in retained executive search or boutique search firms
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and video conferencing tools
