What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment and high-volume recruiting
- Experience with EEO and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
