What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct full life-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for specific positions in partnership with leadership
- Interview and evaluate candidates using consistent templates and behavior-based interview techniques
- Champion diversity recruitment strategies and demonstrate awareness of diverse sourcing techniques
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements and create competitive offers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of sourcing experience
- 5+ years of tech recruiting experience in a Fortune 10 environment
- 6 months of recruiting for AI/ML Engineering profiles
- Proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques including lead generation and platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Proven highly organized with excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR, SPHR, or CPC certifications
- ATS Taleo experience
- Understanding of compensation programs and benefits
