What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the recruitment process and end-to-end hiring for various departments within the organization
- Conduct candidate prospecting leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse CRM Campaigns, and innovative recruitment strategies
- Partner strategically with leaders and the broader people team to execute the hiring plan efficiently
- Collaborate with compensation and hiring managers during the closing process
- Provide a world-class experience for prospective employees and internal clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, specifically for highly technical B2B sellers
- 2+ years of candidate sourcing experience
- Proven track record of producing outcomes by hitting sourcing targets and hiring goals
- Strong stakeholder management experience with an ability to support GTM leaders effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Greenhouse and Greenhouse CRM
- Executive or leadership recruitment experience
