What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals
- Craft accurate, engaging job descriptions and develop comprehensive interview kits
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to drive process improvements
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and values to candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience in SaaS and fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to fill 10–15 roles per quarter across technical and non-technical positions
- Expertise in sourcing and managing candidates using Applicant Tracking Software
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- A knack for mentoring and coaching hiring teams
- Specialized recruitment experience for niche skill sets
- Comfortable working Pacific Time Zone overlapping hours and accommodating multiple time zones
