What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, screen, and interview dentist candidates for dental center locations
- Conduct pre-screen telephone interviews and compile candidate information
- Recommend candidates and coordinate interviews with the Regional VP
- Build and maintain a dentist candidate pipeline for future opportunities
- Represent the employer at recruitment events and assist in coordinating these events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three (3) to five (5) years of recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of recruitment and human resources policies and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR certification preferred
- Experience in dental recruitment or healthcare-related recruitment
- Familiarity with recruitment media and sourcing strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports
