What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and strategize complex recruitment campaigns focused on senior and specialized positions.
- Shape and influence overall recruitment strategy, aligning with organizational goals.
- Manage business and stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance and coaching.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in the life sciences industry.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including full life cycle recruiting.
- 5+ years of experience advising and hiring at the director and executive level.
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn.
- Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting in the life science and/or clinical research industry.
- Strong leadership track record, including project leadership and mentorship.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all lines of business.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
