What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting for professional and technical roles, from sourcing to closing candidates
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Post job specifications on various platforms and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Maintain a requisition load of 10+ positions and achieve a fill rate of 5 per month
- Represent the employer brand to prospective employees and provide excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Strong communication, presentation, decision-making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, as well as EEO and ADA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS)
