To be successful in this role … You will need to be highly self-motivated, tenacious, proactive and outgoing. You will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong commercial business acumen and offer a caring, consultative approach to candidates and clients. To fast-track your earnings and build your business, ideally, you will have existing trusted contacts and networks that you can reach out to to offer a refreshingly different recruitment service. A minimum of 5 years of agency recruitment is essential. You will already be confident in new business development, rate negotiations, account management, taking job briefs, writing advertisements, database searches, screening and interviewing candidates, building talent pools, negotiating job offers and salaries, defending counter offers, and after-placement service as you nurture and create clients for life. If geographically possible, sponsorship into a proactive, referral-based business network group BNI, will be offered to allow you to grow and build your business.
