What is Required (Qualifications):

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HRBP experience preferred
- Resident of PA, MA, NY, NJ preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% within a geographic area or on assignments with the employer
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to regional/community problems and emergencies
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
