      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead engagements that promote awareness and drive actions to mitigate company-wide security risks
      - Develop communications and templates to streamline remediation processes
      - Analyze benchmarks to estimate remediation timelines and track progress
      - Monitor security intake processes for new high-risk security issues
      - Mentor junior team members and provide consultative support in defining remediation plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, information security, internal audit, privacy, and/or risk management
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in healthcare
      - Experience working with GRC or IRM tool suites
      - Relevant certifications such as HCISPP, CISSP, or CISA
      - Familiarity with Federal, HIPAA, and other healthcare security regulations
      - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity
