      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for C-suite leadership and program managers
      - Leverage various tools to create impactful and repeatable reporting packages
      - Deliver accurate and timely reports on program status, trends, data quality, and key metrics
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and create effective visualizations
      - Continuously improve reporting processes and explore new tools and techniques to enhance insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
      - Extensive experience in developing and deploying reports
      - Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and/or MicroStrategy
      - Strong skills in Microsoft PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in working with C-suite executives and presenting data-driven insights
      - Familiarity with data visualization best practices and reporting trends
      - Previous experience in a risk management or data analysis role
