      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Senior Research Manager on member surveys
      - Write and present research findings for different audiences
      - Provide input and feedback on research-related deliverables
      - Create and execute measurement plans for grant programs
      - Communicate evaluation findings to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6-9 years of experience in research/evaluation, statistical analysis, or technical writing
      - Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite
      - Superior project and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Full life-cycle program evaluation experience
      - Experience with online survey software and data analysis software
      - Strong experience in non-academic writing for trade or membership organizations
