What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all research activities within the HEAL-VA Lab
- Manage research proposal development activities, including budget development and final submission
- Supervise and train support staff and student research assistants
- Assist in developing periodic reports for funding agencies and presentations for seminars and conferences
- Coordinate grant training for pre- and post-award grant activities and maintain grant training curricula

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in health sciences, public health, social sciences, or related field
- Proficiency in qualitative research methods and protocol development
- Experience in project management software programs and research program development
- Grant writing experience and knowledge of human subjects research regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data analysis programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing curricula and training programs
- Proficiency in RedCap, ATLAS.ti/Dedoose/NVivo, Covidence, Excel, RISE, and Articulate 360
