What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and conduct user research activities, translating findings into actionable customer insights
- Contribute to the product development process, continuously gathering customer feedback
- Facilitate design thinking workshops, including persona development and journey mapping
- Lead objective-setting discussions and create research roadmaps for product development teams
- Recommend appropriate research methods to deliver relevant and actionable learnings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with 0-2 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
- Experience applying user research methods in a business setting
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies
- Strong communication skills to present research findings clearly and concisely

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with usability testing, online surveys, interviews, contextual inquiry, and focus groups
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and seek constructive feedback
- Familiarity with heuristic evaluations to improve usability and accessibility
