      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the local on-site program representative to trade allies, conducting energy efficiency audits and technical data gathering activities
      - Train field staff and develop training materials on installation and configuration according to client specifications
      - Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of residential energy efficiency upgrades
      - Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve energy efficiency-related issues
      - Travel throughout a defined territory with minimal overnight travel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in New York
      - 8+ years of experience with relevant industry technical certification/training, preferably in HVAC/Heat Pump
      - Proven ability to conduct energy efficiency audits and provide technical guidance
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training and developing field staff
      - Familiarity with energy efficiency program databases and quality assurance processes
      - Background in customer service or stakeholder management within the energy sector
