What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive all provider licensing, credentialing, and in-network contracting for providers
- Develop workflows and processes for licensing, credentialing, and contracting as the clinical team scales
- Maintain databases of required licenses, certifications, and credentials
- Manage the provider roster to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
- Support operational components of key initiatives in Solutions, Marketing, and Member Engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of licensing, credentialing, and contracting experience with various provider types (MD, DO, PA, RN, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and procedures related to Medicare licensing and health plan contracting
- Experience with credentialing management systems
- Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for missed details
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with credentialing in a health technology organization
- Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and ACA lines of business
- Experience with primary care credentialing
- Strong process and project management skills, including use of enabling tools and software
