What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop data-driven merchant monitoring analysis to identify high-risk business problems
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of existing clients to evaluate financial stability and compliance
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns indicative of fraudulent behavior
- Provide recommendations to management for merchant remediation and risk mitigation
- Educate internal teams and clients on risk management best practices and compliance requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the eCommerce or Financial Services industry
- Experience in the fraud/risk/compliance space
- Proficiency with various risk management software tools
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with MS Excel
- Experience in the Card Not Present (CNP) payments space
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reporting experience with BI (business intelligence) tools
- Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
