      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the employer's business objectives
      - Drive go-to-market initiatives for the employer's ecosystem of products
      - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across the North American market
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners while serving as a trusted advisor
      - Provide regular reports and insights to the VP of Sales on progress, challenges, and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 10 years of Sales Leadership experience in the fitness, wellness, and technology industries
      - Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
      - Strong understanding of fitness technology, SaaS solutions, and B2B sales
      - Proven track record in business and territory development with experience in building markets
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in solution selling and leveraging a strong network of industry relationships
      - Ability to successfully utilize a CRM for lead generation and customer profiling
      - Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
      - Willingness to travel 70%+ of the time
