      POSITION / TITLE: SENIOR SALES ENGINEER - RPA, AI, PROCESS AUTOMATION

      As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be an integral part of our sales team, collaborating closely with account executives, solution architects, and product teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, demonstrating how Kore.ai's generative AI solutions can address their unique challenges. Your primary focus will be on showcasing the platform's ability to create agentic flows and applications that solve an unlimited number of employee-facing use cases, such as IT service management, HR automation, and operations workflows.

      Additionally, you will play a critical role in uncovering, analyzing, and understanding existing business processes and identifying opportunities to automate and enhance them using Kore.ai's suite of AI products. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs-especially for process-driven and RPA-integrated environments.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      Pre-Sales Engagement

      • Act as a technical expert in the pre-sales process, working alongside account executives to identify client needs and align them with Kore.ai's platform capabilities.
      • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations tailored to the specific use cases and workflows of enterprise clients.
      • Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization through conversational AI and automation.
      • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proof of concepts (POCs), and prototypes showcasing the scalability, flexibility, and impact of Kore.ai solutions.


      Solution Development

      • Collaborate with clients to design agentic conversational flows and AI-powered applications that address employee-facing challenges across departments such as HR, IT, finance, and operations.
      • Uncover and document current-state processes (manual or semi-automated) and propose streamlined, automated future-state solutions using Kore.ai AI based capabilities.
      • Provide consultative insights on process automation, business logic, and orchestration opportunities, including the use of LLM's with process automation tools.


      Technical Expertise

      • Understand and communicate technical and functional aspects of the Kore.ai platform, including NLP, automation workflows, process orchestration, integration capabilities, and Kore's Search/RAG framework.
      • Stay updated on the latest trends in generative AI, process automation, and enterprise applications to maintain a competitive edge.
      • Provide in-depth technical support during the sales cycle, addressing client questions and concerns regarding architecture, implementation, and integration.
      • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence the roadmap based on market needs.


      Post-Sales Handover

      • Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation teams by providing detailed documentation and insights about client requirements, process assessments, and designed workflows.


      QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED

      Required Skills

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical consulting role in enterprise software required
      • Minimum 5 years of experience participating in the sales cycle of a technology company required
      • Previous experience in RPA, Process Automation or AI technologies using LLM's required
      • Strong understanding of conversational and generative AI, natural language processing, and chatbot technologies required.
      • Proven ability to design, build, and demonstrate conversational workflows tailored to enterprise use cases required.
      • Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, webhooks, and enterprise software like ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and Salesforce required.
      • Previous experience with process-based application platforms and/or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Appian, Pega) required.
      • Demonstrated ability to analyze and map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities.
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
      • Travel - between 50%-60%
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.


      Preferred Skills

      • Hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform or similar conversational AI solutions.
      • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and enterprise software systems.
      • Experience or familiarity with RAG-based solutions.
      • Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
      • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).


      EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field required.


      Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $130,000 - $150,000 maximum. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
