      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure in assigned territory for groups of size 10-5,000
      - Develop new agent, broker, and consultant relationships within the assigned territory
      - Educate new and existing brokers through proactive meetings, presentations, and calls
      - Conduct appointments with C-level decision makers to present solutions and the employer's value proposition
      - Execute post-quote and post-RFP follow-up activities to refine plan design and achieve acceptance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare or employee benefits
      - Demonstrated success in developing a sales territory and meeting sales metrics
      - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Valid driver's license with reliable automobile transportation and current auto insurance
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of the employee benefits industry and pre-existing broker relationships
      - Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
      - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Strong research and analytical skills
      - Consultative sales approach with a hunter mentality to qualify and close new business
