      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close within assigned territory
      - Develop new agent, broker, and consultant relationships
      - Educate brokers through in-person or virtual meetings and presentations
      - Conduct appointments with C-level decision-makers to present solutions
      - Manage the sales process and metrics utilizing CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience in healthcare or employee benefits
      - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Demonstrated success in developing a sales territory and meeting sales metrics
      - Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing a territory with knowledge of the employee benefits industry
      - Possesses applicable insurance license(s) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
      - Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills
