      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance relationships with customers and distribution resources
      - Create annual Business Development Plans for the assigned territory to meet growth and profit objectives
      - Facilitate strong relationships between distribution resources, underwriters, and the Select Accounts team
      - Conduct training for staff and model best practices in the execution of sales processes
      - Actively participate in local business community initiatives to enhance company presence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Advanced knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and sales influence skills
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of marketing or insurance sales experience preferred
      - Ability to deliver professional presentations and adapt to change effectively
      - Experience in strategic thinking and problem-solving within a sales context
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to manipulate data in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
