      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute industry-leading sales strategies to develop effective sales relationships with customers and distribution resources
      - Create and implement annual Business Development Plans for assigned territory
      - Actively participate in point of sale presentations and establish strong producer relationships
      - Own the business development process within assigned market area, focusing on pipeline development and renewal retention
      - Collaborate with team members to support long and short-term business strategies for achieving growth and profit objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - 4 years of professional sales experience required
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Advanced knowledge of agency diagnostics and the ability to influence sales
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of marketing or insurance sales experience preferred
      - Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise decisive judgment
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to coach and develop others through collaboration and constructive feedback
      - Commitment to pursuing further education, such as CIC designation
