What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new clients within the Small Law Channel
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and develop trust with account stakeholders
- Manage territory effectively through both phone and in-person interactions
- Attain sales and renewal targets on a monthly basis through customer visits and meetings
- Provide territory information regarding market intelligence and customer-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- Strong time management skills and the ability to remain positive in sales situations
- High level of competency in internet and database management
