      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts in the Small Law Channel
      - Conduct thorough needs analyses and develop trust with stakeholders through effective communication
      - Manage territory through both phone and in-person interactions, prioritizing sales opportunities and client needs
      - Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets through customer visits and strategic engagement
      - Complete weekly sales performance reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
      - Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is a plus
      - Strong communication and closing skills, along with effective time management abilities
      - Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed

      - Experience in the legal publishing industry
      - Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
      - High level of competency in internet and database management
      - Proven self-starter with high energy and motivation
