      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing in the assigned territory
      - Develop new agent, broker, and consultant relationships within the designated territory
      - Educate new and existing brokers through in-person or virtual meetings and presentations
      - Conduct appointments with C-level decision-makers to present solutions and the employer's value proposition
      - Manage the sales process and sales metrics utilizing the employer's CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare or employee benefits
      - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Proven success in developing a sales territory and meeting sales metrics
      - Possession of applicable insurance license(s) or ability to obtain them within 60 days of hire
      - Valid driver's license with reliable automobile transportation and current auto insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of the employee benefits industry and pre-existing broker relationships
      - Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
      - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Ability to handle a large volume of work with conflicting priorities
      - Consultative sales approach with strong research and analytical skills
