What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and create high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and related sales documents
- Maintain and update the RFP content library, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align proposals with organizational messaging
- Develop proposal project plans, including timelines and responsibilities
- Conduct post-decision reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare software and services, including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA
- Proven experience crafting professional RFP responses and managing multiple proposals simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in desktop tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams
- Familiarity with AI tools for RFP management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with national and regional health plans, Blue plans, and TPAs
- Proven ability to meet sales goals under tight deadlines
- Experience in proposal template development aligned with branding requirements
