What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administration support for Salesforce, including customization of objects, fields, and dashboards
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements to enhance service productivity
- Manage Salesforce enhancements and support requests, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust business requirements for Salesforce configuration
- Develop and train peer Salesforce Administrators to build team capacity and expertise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) and Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) certifications
- Proven experience configuring Data Cloud to connect Service and Sales Cloud
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining Flows for low-code/no-code solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile-based development practices and deployment strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce.com Platform Developer I/II certification
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other Customer Service and Data Tools
- Familiarity with managing third-party integrations and managed packages
- Knowledge of Lightning Reports and Dashboards creation, Process Automation, and Security configuration
- Experience working with an enterprise-level Salesforce.com instance
