What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder
- Experience with data management, data quality, and data governance best practices within Salesforce
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certified
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ
