What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design organizational strategies and data models for Salesforce implementations, including technical solutions and data privacy needs
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and implement solutions based on Salesforce best practices
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, approval processes, and dashboards
- Manage data quality and implement automation rules as necessary
- Build strong client relationships while working independently and as part of a team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least three years in a system administrator role
- Experience with Salesforce implementations from requirements to launch and support
- Three years of experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce Flow and integrating third-party applications
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform App Builder

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Background in customer service, business analysis, or consulting
- Familiarity with ETL tools and other Salesforce offerings like Volunteers for Salesforce
- Experience with Apex/Visualforce/JavaScript/HTML and creating (un)managed packages
- Active participation in the Salesforce community
