What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design organization strategies and data models for Salesforce implementations, ensuring compliance with data privacy needs
- Consult with nonprofit clients to understand their needs and implement Salesforce solutions
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, and dashboards
- Manage data quality and implement automation rules within Salesforce
- Build strong relationships with clients while collaborating with a team to achieve project goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least three years in a system administrator role
- Experience with Salesforce implementations from requirements gathering to launch and support
- Three years of experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow and experience integrating third-party applications
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform App Builder

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations and understanding their unique needs
- Background in customer service, business analysis, or consulting
- Familiarity with ETL tools and creating (un)managed packages
- Active participation in the Salesforce community and familiarity with various Salesforce offerings
- Some experience with Apex/Visualforce/JavaScript/HTML
