What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Manage the implementation of improvements and new functionalities in Salesforce applications
- Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues, ensuring compliance and security of data
- Collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders on project statuses and creative solutions
- Research and develop new Salesforce prototypes and applications to meet evolving business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proven knowledge of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure to meet complex reporting requirements
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) and eligibility to obtain a government security clearance
