What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and data migrations
- Mentor mid and junior-level developers while ensuring adherence to coding standards
- Support data migration activities for system cut-over and Salesforce go-live
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and document best practices and operational procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- Proven knowledge and practical application of LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs
- Current Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications
- Experience delivering Salesforce projects using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in or with the federal government
- Salesforce Platform Developer II & JavaScript Developer I certifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a geographically dispersed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-minded approach
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and analysis
