What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design organization strategy and data model for Salesforce implementations, ensuring data privacy and optimal solutions
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, define requirements, and implement Salesforce best practices
- Advise clients on third-party applications to enhance Salesforce functionality and integrate them into client business processes
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, data quality, and user access/security settings
- Build strong relationships with clients while maintaining high client satisfaction and productivity metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least three years in a system administrator role
- Experience with Salesforce implementations from requirements to launch and support
- Three years' experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce Flow and building Experience Cloud portals
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform App Builder

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Familiarity with customer service, business analysis, or consulting
- Experience with ETL tools and other Salesforce offerings like Volunteers for Salesforce
- Some experience with Apex/Visualforce/JavaScript/HTML
- Active participant in the Salesforce community, such as user groups or Trailhead
