What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions
- Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to create scalable applications
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Lead technical aspects of Salesforce projects and mentor junior developers
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Salesforce Development experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce products and APIs, including Apex and Lightning Components
- Salesforce.com certification required (Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Communities, Case Management, and Omni-Channel Routing
- Knowledge of Products, Price Books, Quotes, and CPQ tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce Community and Knowledge
- Experience with Impartner or Marketo
