What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead software development efforts in designing, developing, and testing new technology solutions
- Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Design and optimize data models, sharing rules, and security models to ensure data integrity
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems using APIs and data integration tools
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers in Salesforce best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in Salesforce development, focusing on complex, enterprise-scale solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization options
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Apex, Java, JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer 1 and 2
- Experience with Copado and Jira
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with Federal agencies
- Military experience is a plus
