What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams across the SDLC to deliver solutions
- Integrate Salesforce-based solutions with external systems for enhanced functionality
- Engage directly with stakeholders and provide product demonstrations
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure project alignment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to obtain up to a Secret security clearance
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (Service, Sales, Experience)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, and jQuery
- Microservices/API experience (SOAP/REST)
- Salesforce Platform Certified Developer certification
