What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of programming and analysis experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Apex programming and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior developers
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card as per Arizona regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with AZURE DEVOPS
- Experience in developing experience cloud websites
