What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Write complex Apex classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs to automate business processes
- Build user-friendly Lightning web components and optimize data structures
- Identify and resolve issues within Salesforce applications, including debugging code
- Mentor junior developers and review code for adherence to coding standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 or more years of programming and analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in Apex programming language and extensive knowledge of Lightning components
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and integrating Salesforce applications with other systems
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior developers
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card as per Arizona Revised Statute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications
- Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience developing experience cloud websites
- Knowledge of AZURE DEVOPS
- Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector/Vlocity modules Omnistudio
