What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and implement innovative enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform
- Mentor and direct junior resources within an agile pod to ensure optimal performance
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration
- Develop customized solutions, including creating timelines and development goals
- Test the stability and functionality of Salesforce applications and maintain the sales cloud

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- 5+ years of total web development experience
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience (5+ years) in Force.com platform development
- Proven experience and understanding with Lightning Web Components

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Salesforce Government Industry solution
- Business analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience working with data sources such as S3 and Datalake
- Experience utilizing Salesforce as a grants management system
- Familiarity with OmniStudio Data Raptors for generating reports
