What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evolve the customer Salesforce ecosystem while mentoring and directing junior resources in an agile pod
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including designing, coding, and implementing applications
- Prepare reports for sales and other departments while performing database maintenance tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer
- 5+ years of total Web Developer experience
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience (5+ years) in Force.com platform development using technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Proven experience and understanding with Lightning Web Components

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing reports utilizing OmniStudio Data Raptors for dashboards
- Business Domain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solution experience in the Salesforce Government Industry
- Proven experience working with data sources such as S3 and Datalake, including AWS
- Experience utilizing Salesforce as a grants management system
