What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Utilize custom coding capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web Components) for technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce-based solutions with external systems for enhanced functionality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews
- Engage with stakeholders and end users to provide product demonstrations and gather requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Ability to obtain up to a Secret security clearance
- Salesforce development experience, including hands-on work with Salesforce APIs, Lightning, and Apex
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Certified Developer certification
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (Service, Sales, Experience)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX, and jQuery
- Experience with Microservices/API (SOAP/REST)
