What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage development activities across an agile team and drive stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate organizational goals into Salesforce initiatives
- Perform hands-on technical Salesforce development and implementations
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships, and implement automation solutions
- Assist with quality testing, including creating test scripts and troubleshooting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and development standards
- Experience with Salesforce programming languages: Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component framework
- Web application development experience including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, requiring US Citizenship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, Administration
- Bachelor's Degree in I.T. or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
