Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer who has performed extensive hands on / development in Service Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive exposure on Service Cloud, including features such as Omnichannel.
• Experience working on entitlement processes, including customizations.
• Administration of Service Cloud features and configurations.
• Self-starter, proactive, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage and align stakeholders, providing thought leadership when needed.
• Drive consultative conversations and propose ideas around Service Cloud features and business processes.
• Propose and develop solutions within Service Cloud and the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Lightning applications using up-to-date Salesforce technologies.
• Build custom solutions using Salesforce.com configuration and customization to solve business challenges.
• Adhere to coding standards for all technical deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with modern IDEs (VS Code, Eclipse, Sublime) and tools like APEX Data Loader, Force.com IDE.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and CI/CD tools (GitHub, AutoRABIT).
• Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax.
• Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, DB schema, and SQL.
• Comfortable using SCM tools (Git, SVN) for version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities.
