What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define, design, and implement robust Salesforce architectures and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive technical designs
- Lead the development of advanced custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Spearhead complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Mastery of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, SOQL, and SOSL
- Extensive experience with middleware tools for enterprise-level integrations
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (required)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare processes and Salesforce Health Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
- Experience in creating long-term technical roadmaps
