Job Description

Design in large or complex SAP programs, including system and application designs, software and technical architecture, in accordance with strategies and objectives
Provide expertise for the SA team, Business Development (BD) and other IT staff on a variety of issues in SAP designs, SAP system architecture and solution-oriented technologies
Communicate with clients and analyze business requirements and processes; make recommendations, and lead in shaping future plans
Oversee project outcomes, including hardware and software design; ensuring that each project phase meets overall requirements
Support proposal responses
Perform any other tasks assigned by the leadership
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Must be able to obtain SECRET security clearance.
Candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation or active DoD security clearance
Federal Government or DoD experience
Preference given to candidates with experience in ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations, SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations and SAP Analytics
10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in SAP implementations in large scale programs
Understanding of the SAP Activate methodology
5+ SAP S/4HANA and/or ERP Implementations
Experience with SAP ECC
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations
Flexibility to travel as required (10-15% annually)
Experience with SAP Fiori
Experience with SAP Finance & Logistics modules

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$130,066.00 - $232,760.00
