      At CSAA Insurance Services, Inc.’s office in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, use SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools to architect, design, implement, and evaluate security controls and countermeasures. Create security techniques and automation that enable the team to operate at high speed and broad scale. Monitor information systems for security incidents and vulnerabilities. Develop monitoring and visibility capabilities, report on incidents, vulnerabilities, and trends. Perform investigative analysis of malicious artifacts and provide thorough remedial solutions and analysis. Analyze trends, news and changes in threat and compliance environment with respect to organizational risk. Pursue actionable intelligence as it relates to CSAA IG. Participate in security investigations and incident response. May lead and mentor other Security Engineers. May work remotely within commuting distance of Mt. Laurel, NJ office.

      Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, an Engineering discipline, or other related field, and 3 years of experience managing security incidents and runbooks for remediation using Splunk SIEM and SOAR platforms. Employer will accept as the equivalent a Bachelor’s degree in one of the requisite fields and 5 years of experience managing security incidents and runbooks for remediation using Splunk SIEM and SOAR platforms.

      Experience must include:

      • Uncovering unknown or zero-day threats and threat actors;
      • Integrating threat, tactics, and procedures into the Splunk platform;
      • Analyzing anomalous log data within the Splunk platform to detect and eradicate threats; and
      • Performing analysis of security incidents and threat actors for further enhancement of Detection Catalog and Hunt missions by leveraging the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
