What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough security risk assessments for new and deployed technologies
- Identify and analyze security risks, providing effective risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure compliance with information security standards
- Communicate technical issues in clear terms to business partners and senior leaders
- Stay informed on current security threats and vulnerability trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of information security or related experience
- 5+ years of conducting technical security risk assessments
- 5+ years of working knowledge of common security frameworks and regulations, including NIST 800-53 and HIPAA
- 5+ years of experience with Information Technology, including Cloud and endpoint security
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry-related certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with applications like Archer, Qualys, and Checkmarx
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and audit frameworks
